The Lord is my light and salvation
Whom shall I fear
The Lord is my refugee, a fortress
Whom shall I dread
When the wicked came up against me
They stumbled and fell
An army builds against me Lord
Yet my heart won’t fear
One thing I will pray to you Lord
I will see only you
That I dwell in Your house Lord
The remaining days of my life
And to gaze upon the beauty
The LIGHT of You Lord
And to pray in Your temple
Your courtyard shelter me
One thing I will pray to you Lord
I will see only you
That I dwell in Your house Lord
The remaining days of my life
And to gaze upon the beauty
The LIGHT of You Lord
And to pray in Your temple
Your courtyard shelter me
Lift me Lord upon a ridge
High above my enemies
And I shall sing You praises
Sing to you O Lord
Oh Lord, You’re my Salvation
A vision of when he walked the earth
Where hungry children cried
Yet no one would be found
Worse yet, no one seemed to care
Prophecy fell on deaf ears
The devils day is near
The saddest days of our lives
Days went on as usual
Everything seemed in its place
Nothing changes when nothing changes
And nothing changed in us at all
And the days appeared ordinary
The calm before the wicked storm
The days were just ordinary
The calm before the storm
Skies grew dark as the winds passed through
A new look of fear in their eyes
The dark one waiting for their desperation
Stands patiently waiting
For the prophecy, a fulfillment of darkness
The saddest days of our lives
Panic, chaos, nowhere to run
We’ve been burning our bridges up to now
His hand on our fate, fires sky high
And we lost any place to go
Knowledge is now just shimmering lights
Feelings misguide our souls
We lost the gates from the shining light
through the smoke and the flames
A shadowed silhouette could be seen
Voices scream out with hands held high
And a fear that no one would hear
They knew the love HE had for them
And if on the path they would stay
For HE was the Holy One
But they were to blind for the LIGHT
They wondered why they ventured
Some time in the past they would stray
Hearing their prayers, GOD would have mercy
Please God, Help us! Please remind us o’the way
Now they searched prophecy, timid and weak
With our own hands we’d parish and fail
Were reminded through childrens tears
There once was a Man and a God
But thrown to the side
For our self centered ways
There is a God, the King of Kings
There once was a man, our living God
Old script covered in dust
Its treasures again revealed
But He’ll take us back again
But some bear the mark or a gold calf
Hear the pleas and cries
For forgiveness and mercy
And now they pray
But they are too deep
A Man and Our God
They wondered why they ventured
A time in the past that they would stray
Hearing their prayers,
GOD did have mercy
Showed mercy
Please GOD
Remind us of the way
the hand of the LORD was upon me
brought me out by the spirit of the lord
setting in a valley that was full of dry bones
“son of man” HE asked, “will these bones live?!”
Prophecy to these dry bones, hear the words of the LORD
breath and spirit enter and you shall live
(and it was [so])
So I prophesized as commanded, then a loud stirring noise
rattles and thunder the bones came back together
tendons came upon them, wrapped in flesh
yet they had no breath or spirit within them
said our LORD GOD, come from the four winds
O breath out the spirit, breath upon the slain
O breath of the spirit and breath upon the slain
that they may live, they may live ( a living army)
Propesy to these dry bones, feel the power of the LORD
Breath and spirit come so that you will live (and it was [so])
The WORD of the LORD again cane to me
Son of Man, take this staff
the first is for the children
the second for Joseph and the rest
Thus said the LORD, I will take the two (staffs)
Stick of Joseph and the stick of Judah
Bind the two together so that we are one (nation)
the sinners backslid, but MY Words will redeem
Prophesize to the lifeless ones, hear the word of the LORD
Breath and Spirit shall enter you, so that you… (you may live) (you’re now an army)
I prophesized as commanded, a loud explosive noise
Wind and thunder, the bones would come back together
flesh then came upon them, wrapped in skin
soon there was breath and a spirit in them
said OUR LORD GOD Come FROM THE FOUR WINDS
O BREATH out the spirit BREATH upon the slain
O BREATH OF THE SPIRIT, BREATH ALIVE THE SLAIN
AND NOW THEY WILL LIVE (a breathing army) (standing in front of them)
Prophesy to the torn up bones, HEAR MY WORDS
Let my spirit ENTER you with MORE THAN LIFE (from my Word)
Heading home with a restored Faith
She lifts her chin, but can’t look back
Just a child, in places she should never be
The wind escapes like a memory
The ones she’s like to forget
Jesus keep the angels safe under your wing
Wipe the pain from their eyes so they can feel your light
Thrashed around, ignored, never fighting back
Hiding in shadows hiding from the pain
It’s the broken world she will answer to
She presses on just another day
Jesus keep the angels safe under your wing
Wipe the pain from their eyes so they can feel your light
God we pray for the ones we let slip away
The ones who had to figure life, survive it for themselves
Mangled chaos, broken dreams, fighting all alone
And for those who shamefully cry through the night
Bring them light, Lord, bring them warmth
Let them start anew better life than before
LORD Hold their hands remind them again to smile
Little Angels we give you Jesus to do only what he can do
Lift the little angels, the ones that ran right by
Be there to comfort them, answer their cries
Remove them Lord from morbid, intoxicated dreams
HELP THEM LORD, HELP THEM BREAK FREE
Jesus keep the angels safe under your wing
Wipe the pain from their eyes so they can feel your light
She lifts her chin, but can’t look back
Just a child, in places she should never be
Bring them light lord, bring them warmth
Let them start anew, better life than before
LORD, Hold their hands
